1. Shipping Overview

At CleanStuff, we're committed to getting your eco-friendly cleaning sheets to you quickly and safely while minimising our environmental impact. Our lightweight, concentrated products reduce shipping footprint compared to traditional liquid cleaners.

2. Processing Time

Order Processing

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Holiday Periods: 2-3 business days during peak seasons
  • Custom Orders: 3-5 business days (if applicable)

Processing Schedule

  • Order Cutoff (India): Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST Monday-Friday are processed the same day
  • Order Cutoff (UAE orders): Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST Monday-Friday are processed the same day
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day
  • Holiday Processing: No processing on Indian national holidays

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship throughout India, including:

  • All major cities and metro areas
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Rural areas (where courier service is available)
  • PO Box addresses (where supported by courier partners)
  • Both residential and commercial addresses

International Shipping (UAE)

We offer international shipping to the United Arab Emirates:

  • All Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain
  • Both residential and commercial addresses
  • PO Box addresses in major cities

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • Countries other than India and UAE
  • Remote areas where courier service is unavailable
  • Addresses with incomplete or incorrect information
  • Military or restricted zones (as per courier partner policies)

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days for metro cities
  • Extended Areas: 5-10 business days for remote locations
  • Carrier Partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ekart, or other reliable courier services
  • Cost: ₹50 for all orders

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days for metro cities
  • Cost: ₹150
  • Availability: Major cities and metro areas only
  • Carrier Partners: Blue Dart Express, FedEx, or DHL

International Shipping (India to UAE)

Standard International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
  • Cost: ₹800 for orders up to 2kg, additional charges for heavier packages
  • Carrier Partners: India Post, Blue Dart, DHL, or FedEx
  • Customs: Customer responsible for any customs duties or taxes

Express International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Cost: ₹1,500 for orders up to 2kg
  • Carrier Partners: DHL, FedEx, or Blue Dart
  • Tracking: Full tracking available throughout transit

Special Delivery Considerations

Remote Areas in India

  • Additional Time: Add 2-5 business days to standard delivery estimates
  • Availability: Subject to courier partner serviceability
  • Additional Charges: May apply for very remote locations

UAE Delivery Notes

  • Address Requirements: Clear address with Emirates and area details required
  • Contact Information: Local UAE contact number mandatory for delivery

5. Shipping Costs

  • Remote Area Surcharge: Additional ₹30-100 may apply for difficult-to-reach locations

International Shipping (India to UAE)

  • Up to 1kg: ₹800
  • Up to 2kg: ₹1,200
  • Additional per kg: ₹300

Express Rates

  • Up to 500g: ₹1,200
  • Up to 1kg: ₹1,500
  • Up to 2kg: ₹2,200
  • Additional per kg: ₹600

Additional Charges

  • Insurance: Optional package insurance available for additional cost
  • Customs Duties: Customer responsibility for UAE deliveries
  • Remote Area Charges: As applicable based on delivery location

Subscription Orders

  • Domestic: Standard shipping rates apply (₹50 per delivery)
  • International: Standard international shipping rates apply
  • Frequency: Shipping charged for each subscription delivery

6. Order Tracking

Tracking Information

  • Tracking Portal: Available on our website and carrier websites
  • Updates: Automatic email updates at key shipping milestones

Tracking Timeline

  • Shipped: Tracking number provided and package in carrier network
  • In Transit: Package moving toward destination
  • Out for Delivery: Package on delivery truck
